How big is the  pool ?       

The pool is 6 meter long  x 3 meters wide and a depth of 1.4 meters.

Do I have to go in with my dog ?  

No we have trained hydrotherapists to do this.

Is the water heated ?

Yes the water is kept to the temperature between 26 c to 30 c.

Do I share the pool with other dogs ? 

No, we keep your appointment just for you.

I have difficulty in walking, can you help ? 

Yes, of course, just let us know your needs and we will be able to help, so don't worry.

Can I dry my dog ?

Yes we have two dryers and a special area to do this.
